North Tustin is the largest unincorporated community in Orange County.  Mark Ochoa Group | Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties serves clients in North Tustin.

Communities

Cowan Heights, East Tustin, Lemon Heights, North Tustin, Panorama Heights, and Red Hill are all communities within. 

While there is no local government authority, some social and community services are provided by The Foothill Communities Association (FCA).  The FCA is a nonprofit corporation that begun in the 1960s to preserve the living environment in those communities.  It works as a representative body for over 10,000 homes within the area.

Education

Primary and secondary education is overseen by the Orange Unified School District and Tustin Unified School District, which also serves the incorporated City of Tustin. It has one of the highest accelerated learning percentages in the US.

There are a total fo 12 schools in North Tustin. Arroyo Elementary is one of the highest-rated schools with a rating of 10. It has 608 children. 

Public schools in North Tustin are part of Orange Unified School District or Tustin Unified. Santa Ana Unified School District is nearby and scores lower than Orange Unified School District. Nearby Irvine Unified School District scores higher, with a rating of 10. 

The population of North Tustin is 23,459. Orange Unified School District enrolls 128% of the population of North Tustin.

In summary, North Tustin is a pleasant, friendly city with a small-town feel.
